At this street taco setup, an assembly line is hard at work creating the customers' food. When it's your turn, you are asked, "Burrito, quesadilla, or taco?" A little reminiscent of the Soup Nazi in Seinfeld because you need to have your order ready and roll right through, or you'll hold up the line, but no one will kick you out and yell, "No tacos for you!!"
Your order is made accordingly, cooked right then and there in front of you, with meat freshly cut off the bones put in (watch out: both Mr. Jenbert and Ihad gristle in our burritos) . Then, you get rung up and can put your own accessories on: onions, peppers, limes, salsa, etc. Tacos are small, but so is the price. Wish they had a better menu sign.
Hot, fresh, and authentic tasting. We got two burritos and four tacos for $20. Delicious. -

This place is legit!
I've been passing by this place on daily basis these past year or two they've been here and I've always told myself to try em.
These guys are busy, busy for a good reason. They are so f!ng good!
I ordered my asada tacos, small tortillas loaded with meat and you've got all the salsas, lime and other things that comes with tacos.
1$ each taco, they're small but man they're good!
Hands down the best taco spot on the west side!
I'll definitely be back! -

Got 8 bean and rice tacos ($1) and a b/r and cheese burrito ($5). 3.5 stars
The price alone makes it worth it if you're in the area like us. But the beans and rice aren't the main event here - they have minimal taste. We were able to load them with many fixings, including pineapple, too! Not a fan of the cheese though...it's the smelly, pungent type that overwhelms a basic meal.
And yet, this is place is for the carnivores, so if that's your thing, you're in for a great deal.
I also recommend adding the total yourself as my cashier overcharged us. I chalked it up to a tip/tax. -

This is a taco stand along Lincoln Blvd in the city of Venice. There are always a good number of customers here, but the line is never a long wait.
The tacos come in a good selection of meat. I went with some rez, lengua, and al pastor. I got four tacos in total, and had some grilled cactus to top them off.
On another table, I added onions, cilantro, red hot salsa, and lime.
The tacos were amazing! The hot sauce was legitimately spicy, which left my mouth burning for quite a while after. This is the level of spiciness I like, when I eat out. Similar to "Indian spicy" and "Thai spicy."
The folks who run this stand are great, and the prices are decent. This is a great stop to get some good tacos before bar hoping. Check them out. -

First off for those who don't love street tacos, ya mom's a...wonderful lady LOL ! The tacos here are just better than most especially the al pastor. There is a burst of flavors when you bite into a taco that can't really be explained in words only by action so uuuhhh go grab yourself some. I enjoy the fact that the condiment bar is self serve, you can serve yourself as much onion and parsley til your hearts content and the salsa are FIRE. Oh and I forgot to mention the price...$1 tacos yes i said it believe it they do exist this side of the border. So whether you're feeling like tacos on a Tuesday or any other day of the week this is the spot to go on the westside!
